Two BirdsThis Imperial Stout Is a blend of Imperial stouts aged in 3 different barrels from our mates at Lady Of The Glen these were a Tawny Port, A Teaninich whisky and a Highland 18 year old single malt. aged along with Cocao

The base mead was a buckwheat trójniak made with just gently caramelised honey and water

With every year's batch being a different recipe than the last

the vigorous heating of sugars adds a deeper color and flavor

It was brewed with a ludicrous amount of local maple syrup and aged for 26 months in some of our favorite bourbon barrels
