This can be used to make our Hoesli Diesel Valve Cover Kit or your own 2003 05 setup work on 2006 up trucks. This kit includes 2003 05 style rocker box, (3) 2003 05 style injector wiring harnesses, (3) injector harness bolts, valve cover gasket, rocker box gasket, Hoesli Diesel conversion harness
