We exchanged our know-how to create this blonde with pronounced bitterness with a slight lemon aftertaste

farming their 30 acres of vines organically and biodynamically with an aim to improving life in the soil and the region

A convivial and drinkable wine

On the palate the wine is fresh and vibrant with light spicy elements

make it a versatile red at table

but also with complex preparations based on red meats
