Antique Silver Topped Glass Box - Gorgeous Art Nouveau Lady Embossed Sterling LidThis is a lovely antique dressing table box. It is made of glass to the base with very attractive cut glass designs to all sides and the bottom with minor nibbles to the sharper edges and some small shallow chips to the interior edge but nothing very evident. To the top is a gorgeous silver top of marvellous quality. It is highly embossed with a stunning lady sitting high on the silver, facing to the side with flowing hair set in a complex border

This has a removable lid which houses a needle

so quite risque for the times

They have a metal centre piece and the base is bone

This is a lovely trio of matching antique French Jet fronted bachelor studs

It presents beautifully with a domed back and front with pretty laurel design and a tiny blank cartouche
