The vibrant green, flattened stem segments with gently scalloped edges grow in an elegant, arching habit. Star shaped tubular flowers are beautiful shades of magenta purple that emerge from the notched tips. It can be grown outdoors in mild climates, but must be protected from frost and cold drafts.
