Vinden 'Lignee' Semillon + 2024Semillon from the Hunter Valley and Sauvignon Blanc from Orange. This is the fourth instalment of the collaboration between Angus Vinden and Will Gilbert. Both Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc components are whole bunch pressed immediately after picking. Extended lees contact fill outs the middle palate and gives this wine the complexity it is known for.
