Chardonnays from our house vineyard plots in Le Mesnil have created this cuvée

which inspire us every year

harvested early with low alcohol and high acidity aged in a barrel with native ferment

or pairing with oysters and light cheeses

but they don’t lose the clarity that makes the wines of the Mosel so special
