Glenfiddich Grande Couronne 26 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky 70clSpeyside's Glenfiddich Distillery looked to France for the inspiration for Grande Couronne. The 26 year old single malt was initially matured in both American and European oak casks, before it was moved to French oak ex Cognac casks for a lengthy two year finishing period. Something you don't see every day, it's brilliantly decadent stuff, presented in an appropriately embellished bottle and presentation box.

This gin can be enjoyed as a sipping gin over ice or served with light or elderflower tonic creating a very moreish G&T
