On the nose, it has an elegant aroma with a harmonious expression of elderflowers, white flowers and acacia balanced with a light minerality. On the palate, it had a pleasant freshness, concluding with fruity notes of lychee and white peaches. Ideal with seafood, goat cheese and light vegetarian dishes.
