Loam (Norton 2022)Loam is the soil that is found in the Augusta AVA about 30 minutes west of our brewery. This American Viticultural Area is the home of the Missouri Norton Grapes we used to showcase a harmony of our Missouri Saison with Missouri Wine Fruit. We treated this beer with the beautiful fruit to extract the delicate flavors and aromatics before allowing it to naturally condition in this bottle for several months and then sharing it with you.

and finish off this morning masterpiece with a vibrant combination of blueberries

We racked this onto freshly destoned and crushed white nectarines at a rate of over 600 grams of nectarines per liter
