EN 3 Fonteinen Pruim is the slow and all-natural maceration of hand-picked whole plums or zwetschgen on traditional lambic

and we contributed a special blend of our one- and two-year-old Danish Wild Ale

with a good dose of primings to produce lively carbonation via refermentation in bottle
