Château Carbonnieux 2016 AOC PESSAC-LÉOGNANChteau Carbonnieux is a Grand Cru Class of the Pessac Lognan appellation. The red wine is produced among the 52 hectares planted with red grape varieties, the cultivation of the vines being carried out in a sustainable way. Aging is carried out in Bordeaux barrels (30% of which are new wood), for 15 to 18 months depending on the vintage. The 2016 is notably made from a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot.
