2021 Schramsberg Blanc de Noirs Brut, California, USAABOUT THE WINE Made primarily from Pinot Noir with a small percentage of Chardonnay, the 2021 Blanc de Noirs is crafted using the traditional mthode champenoise and sourced from cool climate vineyards across North Coast appellations including Sonoma, Mendocino, and Marin counties. This regional diversity allows for complexity, freshness, and depth in the final blend. Hand harvested fruit is whole cluster pressed, with only the most delicate juice used
