Unessential Coffee - Natural, Costa RicaOils is back! A special collaboration with Montreal band Unessential Oils, back on the menu for 2026. This year's release is a natural from Coope Terraz in Costa Rica, it's our most expressive coffee on the menu! It's a bit funky, with pronounced fermentation that makes it feel boozy, like wine or spiced rum. The aromas are very floral and tropical, and the cup is wonderfully complex, with notes of berry jam, tropical fruit, and a syrupy sweet finish.
