Relying on native yeast fermentations and minimal interventionist methods

with lots of space in the bunch

typical of this variety which is not very rich in color

The vineyards are spread across 25 parcels with vines ranging from 30 to 130 years for the oldest vines

earth and tar

offering more fruit than the 2003 Valandraud it was paired with: feisty black pepper and allspice finish with a decent aftertaste

making every cuvée a delight with the local herb-rich provençal cuisine
