Peg Leg Porker 8 Year Old BourbonCreated by Carey Bringle owner of the famous Nashville BBQ joint, also called Peg Leg Porker this nicely aged bourbon is unsurprisingly redolent of barbecue notes and a fine companion to smoked meats and collard greens. The whiskey is filtered through hickory charcoal instead of the more usual maple charcoal used by other Tennessee Whiskies, resulting in a lovely reddish color and notes of honey to complement the more usual vanilla and floral aroma.
