215cm Splitkein 1960s "Gullski" Wood Cross-Country Skis - Beautiful Condition!
Description
215cm Splitkein 1960s "Gullski" Wood Cross-Country Skis - Beautiful Condition!"Dette er en original Splitkeinski." Splitkein literally means "split cane" in Norwegian, and these skis are an evolution of the original laminated wood skis from the 1930s. This example, from the mid 1960s (a badge at the bottom of the ski celebrates the brand's success at the 1964 winter Olympics), is in great condition, with a few scuffs that are normal for a ski of its age. The bases have been refinished and tarred by the experts at Skifabrikk.
I'm joking but I'm curious how the heel part worked
especially the women
but failed to get enough sponsorships to retire after competing
from a recent trip to Finland
Bones heal stronger
Weight (pair): 485gm
making it an incredibly scenic location
but it will work fine
so you can swap out the colour
save a scrub down with some Murphy's and a base coat of pine tar from the Big Wax Company (see above)
pronounced "woohster" if you're not from around there or "woohstah" if you are
which will handle anything winter can throw at you
