TN - Women Inspect Tubing for Vultee A-31 Vengeance Bomber, WWII 1943In February 1943, two women workers at Vultee Nashville capped and inspected tubing for the Vengeance dive bomber. Originally designed for the French, the A 31 was later used by the RAF and USAAF. It had a crew of two and was armed with six machine guns of varying calibers. Each reproduction is printed on museum quality, archival paper using a restored version of the original image.
