Fresh Mint Stracciatella GelatoFresh Mint Stracciatella is my twist on the traditional Mint Chocolate Chip. Instead of commonly used mint extracts, we make it using heaps of fresh mint leaves. We individually pick each mint leaf that goes into this flavor. Stracciatella refers to the fine ribbons of melted chocolate swirled throughout the gelato.
