Art Nouveau Belt Buckle on Black VelvetThis beautiful, antique art nouveau belt buckle has the classic whiplash curves & a young girl with flowers. Lightweight pressed metal, silver toned, with some flaking from age. Buckle presented as found on what looks like its original black velvet ribbon. Its fixed shut at one end and pinned at the other, allowing the wearer to adjust the length. Currently pinned to fit my antique dress form, which has about a 27. 5 waist. Theres about 2 of ribbon
