In its heyday, the area was the world's greatest producer of native Copper, and is best known not only for producing superb, crystallized examples but large display specimens to boot! Here we have a very dramatic, impressive, showy display piece featuring arborescent, or dendritic, growths of crystallized Copper

This specimen hosts soft yellow semi-powdery crusts of Ferrimolybdite or possibly just Molybdite sitting on "sericite" matrix

This piece was collected in 2013 and was sold to me as being Liddicoatite

This piece was mined in the mid-1960s and features a well-preserved bivalve mollusk shell which has been not only fossilized but partially replaced by gemmy multi-color Precious Opal

This small cabinet size specimen features relatively sharp

and it's because of the tremendous gemminess which allows one to clearly view them whether they're on the surface or directly in the center
