The skirt is pleated and the top is sparkly sequins. The dress comes with a waist tie that you can tie however you want. It also features flutter sleeves. The dress is fully lined. It zips up the back and has a button closure at the top. I am 5'9" and wearing a size small. The fabric content is 95% polyester and 5% spandex.
