Dischidia ovata is one of our absolute favorites here at the shop

Since this plant is apomiptic

they're silvery-white in color

Unlike other Alocasia cultivars

They're know for their dark green and silvery foliage

They prefer a nice coarse/bark filled soil

It makes for an excellent hanging basket

though can tolerate lower light better than other stalk growing plants

Foliage can get quite large once mature

needing water roughly every 7-10 days
