Loterie Nationale Geography ClassLoterie Nationale posters were created weekly for the national lotto draw the best artists of the day were used and imaginative, unique scenes had to be created to make the posters effective. This was a series entitled The Dunces produced by posterist Jean Effel showing classroom scenes of students learning certain facts, which shows a child being asked what the Capital of a certain region with the guess being 40 million
