Walnut Hull - Ground - 16 oz - WholesaleEastern Black Walnut (Juglans nigra) is obtained from the bark of the tree and also from the green husks of the fruit. Walnut is a sustainable dye source that can used with or without a mordant. This dye powder is produced from the green hulls of locally sourced walnuts in the North Georgia Mountains. The hull is removed, dried and ground into a medium fine powder. It can be used alone to produce warm deep taupe's or to give extra depth in combination
