It has radiant acidity that create great length in the structured and disciplined body. We pressed the grapes directly after picking and fermented this in 500L Damy Puncheons.

This 2021 Chardonnay was grown on the north-facing side of the Dundee Hills AVA where chill winds and long shadows keep the small berries tight with acidity and flavor

We picked the grapes and trod them to let the juice soak with the gorgeous skins for several hours
